Full house at Alter Real Auction - once again the benches were full on the 24th of April for a very exciting auction day with fierce disputes and spectacular presentations. The females were the main interest, with 6 out of 9 animals sold. Jaca was most disputed mare and Jenjibre AR was the male horse that attracted the most interest, with the bidding finishing at 20,000€.

She started her cooperation with Lusitano World in 2014, not only in photography, but also with equine videos and writing articles, sharing the view of a foreigner on the Lusitano breed and events within the world of the Lusitano. Uli is a German journalist with vast experience in equine articles. Working with one of LW’s associated magazines - Equus Classic, Uli accepted LW invitation to contribute with a series of articles and reports on several equine matters and topics. She will also bring us more insights on Lusitano’s breed in Germany.
Frances is an American grand prix rider who was always been curious and attracted by Iberian breeds. Curious about the Lusitano she traveled to Portugal and meet Lusitano World team – after buying her first Lusitano she joined Lusitano World as an agent for the USA, promoting the breed and cooperating in travelling programs to Portugal. She will also be a regular contributing writer, bringing opinion articles and increasing the awareness about the Lusitano breed in the USA.
