TABOO VO

What an impressive palomino! Standing at 1.70 m, with a striking golden coat, beautiful proportions and an undeniable presence, this young Lusitano certainly knows how to catch the eye. But spend a little time getting to know him, and you'll quickly realise that his colour is only one of the reasons to be excited about his future. Bred by Vitor Oliva, a highly respected Lusitano breeder in Brazil, this piro-free stallion is one of the specially invited horses at the Rocas do Vouga Auction 2026. He is a son of Xamã dos Pinhais, who competed at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games with João Vitor Oliva, and a stallion recognised for the quality he passes on to his offspring.

Taboo VO himself displays harmonious conformation, strong, correct limbs and an athletic build, giving him an excellent physical foundation for his future development as a riding horse. Under saddle, he offers a lovely combination of quality movement and uncomplicated rideability. He is consistent, naturally balanced and has a pleasant forward feeling, making him enjoyable to work with. He maintains a soft, steady contact, is comfortable to sit and responds willingly to his rider's aids. His basic education is already well established, providing a lovely foundation for the next stages of his training. He understands what is expected of him and approaches new exercises with willingness and a positive attitude. We believe he has all the ingredients to develop into a very appealing dressage horse. Genuinely eager to please, he enjoys human interaction and brings that same cooperative attitude into his daily work. Affectionate and people-oriented, he is a horse who makes spending time at the stables a pleasure, whether you're riding, training or simply enjoying his company.
